Data deletion instructions

You can delete your bettr.now account and all associated personal data - including any health data - at any time. This applies however you signed up, including with Facebook, Google or Apple.

Option 1 - from your account

Sign in, go to Account, and choose Erase my account. (Self-service erasure is rolling out; until it's live, please use Option 2 and we'll action it for you.)

Option 2 - email us

Email support@sentium.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We'll verify it's you and complete deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials (including linked Facebook/Google/Apple logins).
• Your profile, consent records, blood results, scores and interpretations.
• Any connected wearable data.

Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, financial records for accounting). We delete or anonymise everything else.

Timeframe

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email when done.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove bettr.now from Facebook at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove bettr.now. To also delete the data we hold, use Option 1 or 2 above.
